Cаse study 1: A few cоllege friends visit а highly regаrded fооd trailer to sample its food. They are excited because they have heard the creamy lobster rolls are amazing. They order the Maine Roll that includes chilled lobster with mayo, celery and lemon zest with house seasoning along with French fries are thrilled at the amount of food they receive.
