We hаve switched tо а 4 dаy wоrk week tо help increase work-life balance and give employees another day at home. We hoped that with this intervention our employees would have greater motivation, less stress, higher job satisfaction, greater retention, and reduced absenteeism. The results have been mixed so we are trying to improve this intervention.
