Drawing from what we know about incentives and barriers to ethical action, I would like you to: Name two ways that this compensation might crowd out ethical motivation for whistleblowing. Describe how each “way” you mentioned in part a might actually reduce the tendency to either notice or report unethical behavior. Describe two nonmonetary incentives you could offer to encourage whistleblowing based on more prosocial or ethical motives.
