This includes showing the desk space / workspace and a full 360 degree view of the room.Students are to take their exam just as they would sitting in a classroom taking an exam. During an exam, students are not permitted to access other resources (a phone, tablet, notes, books, etc.), communicate with other people, or speak out loud. Students must be in a private environment, free of interruption. Students must stay seated and focused on the computer screen until the exam is complete. If an interruption beyond the student’s control occurs, the student must briefly explain what happened by speaking directly to the webcam. Any deviation from the aforementioned will be considered cheating and will result in disciplinary action of a 0 on the exam, up to an F in the course, and may jeopardize the student’s position in the Magnetic Resonance Imaging Program.Online exam grades are tentative for 1 week after the due date and time pending the Web Cam Proctoring review. Should any activity suspicious of Academic Dishonesty be seen, the grade will be changed pending an investigation. Online exam grades may change up to 1 week after the Due Date and time.
