You started your research after meeting three teachers in attendance at a Pride parade (a parade that celebrates LBGTQ+ identities). You interviewed these three teachers who each referred you to other LGBTQ+ teachers to interview. These teachers in turn referred you to more LGBTQ+ teachers.
