Considering everything you have to do in college, it's not surprising that sleep is one of the first things college students sacrifice.

Lack of sleep impairs judgment, focus and overall mood, but does not affect metabolism, appetite, blood pressure, levels of inflammation or immune response.

When you want to learn how to do something which is your first choice:  a) read a book or website text about it or b) watch a YouTube video?  Think about your response.  Why did you pick that response?  Have you always felt that way or do you think your response has changed over time?  Do you think available media has changed your reading habits?  Explain your answer.
